Commercial and Residential Mobile Security Patrol Service
Protecting Your Investments When You Are Not Around
Do you need an extra set of eyes to watch your property when no one is present? Shannahan’s Investigation & Security Limited’s mobile patrol service offers security in an unsecure world for residential properties and commercial properties, ranging from office buildings to warehouses, and from construction sites to parking lots.
In today’s hectic world, it’s hard to keep watch on operations 24 hours a day. Our mobile patrol officers are professionally trained to do just that. They patrol in fully marked vehicles to cover sites in detail, from checking windows and doors to patrolling fence lines and the premises for signs of criminal activity, a great security solution for businesses and homeowners.
Emergency Alarm Response
Our night mobile patrol units can also attend to emergency alarms, offering in turn commercial property owners and private home owners an efficient and quick response when they most need it.
Commercially, it can be frustrating to have to attend to an alarm during the early morning hours. Let us attend to it on your behalf. We work with the local police to ensure that the property is protected. In the event of a security breach, we have a priority protocol to follow in terms of emergency contact lists and incident reports. All calls are logged, recorded and fully documented. The client is then advised based on their provided protocols.
Client Services Manager
At Shannahan’s Investigation & Security Limited, we have a dedicated full time client services manager who is on call during the evenings, nights, and weekends. The manager works directly with our mobile patrol units and is advised of any escalated incident. We work directly with the client to ensure that each situation is managed and documented through detailed incident reports.
In most cases, the client services manager will contact the client and set up a briefing to assess the occurrence and recommend ways to avoid the issue in the future.
