Our night mobile patrol units can also attend to emergency alarms, offering in turn commercial property owners and private home owners an efficient and quick response when they most need it.

We work with the local police to ensure that the property is protected. In the event of a security breach, we have a priority protocol to follow in terms of emergency contact lists and incident reports. All calls are logged, recorded and fully documented. The client is then advised based on their provided protocols.
Client Services Manager
At Shannahan’s Investigation & Security Limited, we have a dedicated full time client services manager who is on call during the evenings, nights, and weekends. The manager works directly with our mobile patrol units and is advised of any escalated incident. We work directly with the client to ensure that each situation is managed and documented through detailed incident reports.
In most cases, the client services manager will contact the client and set up a briefing to assess the occurrence and recommend ways to avoid the issue in the future.
